Online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to provide medication to alleviate mental health symptoms. This does not include talk therapy.

No Show & Late Cancellation
In-person only, this session helps talk about your Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) paperwork.

The patient will be charged a cancellation fee if a scheduled appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Likewise, a no-show fee will be charged if a patient does not attend a meeting.
