How it works
STEP 1Book and complete forms
Book your visit and finish intake forms in the patient portal.
Open your provider’s link
At your appointment time, on a phone, tablet, or computer. No download needed.
STEP 2Wait to be let in
Check in to the virtual waiting room. Your provider will bring you in.
STEP 3Before your visit
Use a private, quiet space where you can talk freely. Don't drive during a visit.
Have a reliable internet connection, camera, and microphone.
Have your medication list and pharmacy information ready.
